iCloud mail

Yesterday, nearly all my emails in my inbox suddenly disappeared. I was deleting some of them, however as I have 3 from last week still in the inbox, I couldn’t have done a select all then transfer all to the bin by mistake or could I without deleting all. If you go back to a cloud back up from Saturday or before, will that bring them back.

I put some emails from my icloud email trash into archive but they have completely disappeared. Is they any way i can retrieve them? Hi, I had archived some emails dating back 18 months from my trash but some reason they have completely disappeared. I only archived one to start with to check it went to archive which it did. My inbox emails somehow all ended up in my trash! My inbox emails somehow all ended up in my trash for exactly the last 2 yrs. Now they are mixed with thousands of trash emails and I hope there is an easier way of restoring things, without manually going through and moving all the emails I need back in the inbox. I tried going to iCloud, and it is the same there. Any thoughts? Many thanks.

Look in your bin folder.

Sign into iCloud.com on a laptop or iPad browser and check if the inbox similarly depleted. If the mails are all there then in Settings, your name, iCloud, turn off Mail, restart the phone, turn Msil back on.
