How do I recover emails deleted from iCloud.

I thought I was cleaning the inbox of my gmail account (from Outlook). I was in iCloud at the time doing the deletions. When I returned to my gmail, ALL of my emails were gone with the exception of 4 emails that I moved to the account. How do I recover ALL of my emails?
