I purchased an iPhone 11 from a police auction web site. Apparently, the las user of the said iPhone did not erase or delete their Apple ID. I'm the new owner and I cannot get access to the phone even with my Apple ID. What can i do to get the last users information off the phone? I don't know who the previous owner was.

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
