connect phone to itunes

Iphone is disabled connect to Itunes.

I cannot connect through wifi or via computer

You’ll need to use a computer, even if you borrow someone’s or make an appointment with Apple or an Apple authorized location. If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
