iphone is disabled connection to iTunes, I don't use iTunes and the phone has never been connect to a laptop or computer.

that doesn't change the fact that you'll need to connect your phone to a computer..

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
