getting error 14 trying to update se iphone I have tried to update my se iphone but keep getting error 14. now phone will not start up. any solutions to this problem??

error 1100 cannot start or update iphone x this morning my phone X displayed the restore symbol, was working fine prior. Have tried update via itunes, gets part way through then throws error 1100. Have tried forced restart twice, same result. any suggestion for what next to try?
