M1 mac mini restating randomly when asleep

My M1 mac mini keeps restarting when it is asleep and when i wake it up i keep getting a message...

"YOUR MAC HAS BEEN RESTARTED BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM"

i have reinstalled the OS a couple of times at least... and still no luck...

Check "Prevent your Mac from automatically sleeping when display is off"

Then only Sleep or Shutdown the Mac at night from the Apple dropdown.
