how can I reload the photos on my Apple Watch? I chose a new album to be viewed on my watch but it still shows me the old one and doesn’t upgrade the pictures to new ones

Hi in the app watch /photos set up the options like this , you should select which photo album you want the watch to get synced and how many pics you want , select custom no mirror my iPhone
