My apple watch needs updating i keep getting notifications saying that it’s not syncing because of the update it won’t update because there’s not enough storage but i can’t clear my storage because when u go into the app it say i need to update it and i can’t get in to the storage so how do i solve this problem ?

Also, try unpairing and pairing your watch again and restoring from the backup just created in the unpairing process. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system. This should result in no loss of data and in some cases can free a lot of storage.
