Apple Watch lock mechanism

Hello, I want to lock my watch because my baby inadvertently touches and selects things all the time. However, the way to have it appear as a quick select option means that I have to turn off my heart rate monitor, which I also want on.

anyone know of a workaround? I guess workout mode has an auto lock option, I was looking for something like that I guess?

Manually lock Apple Watch without turning off wrist detection Hello, I’m a happy Apple Watch Series 4 user. Last year I became the father of a daughter (now 7 months old). While feeding her from the bottle she likes to fiddle around with my Apple Watch that’s on my wrist, causing random settings to be changed or random people to be contacted. I’d like to easily lock the screen while feeding her. I read you can turn off wrist detection and then manually lock and unlock the Watch. Technically it seems possible to me to also allow manually locking the device with wrist detection on. Is there a way to do this, or is it really not possible? Thanks!

Apple Watch 10.0.1 Update - Lock workouts disappeared Since updating to 10.0.1 my Watch doesn’t give me the option to Lock a workout, the option has disappeared! I love locking all my workouts as it’s too easy to knock off otherwise. Anyone else experienced this also?

Slide up on the watch face and turn on water lock.
