unable to download music from itunes
What can be done after everything that is told to me by itunes/Apple tech doesn't work

After a couple of weeks, still unable to download music from itunes. I've used itunes
for many years and all of a sudden after clicking on BUY, a screen comes up to verify
billing info. After clicking on billing info, everything stops and do download.
