How loing is Macbook Air 2019 battery supposed to last?

Macbook air 2019 (Monterrey 12.1). Using for regular office tasks, listening to music on youtube and using dark mode. My device's battery lasts only 3 - 4 hours. Battery cycle is 368 (normal)
