My friends can’t see my location;“no location found”

I haven’t had issues with Find My iPhone before so this is a first. This issue occured sometime last year at the end of summer.

I am sharing locations with my friends and I can see their locations but they can’t see mines. It appears as “No Location Found” on their screen. When trying to share my location with new friends, I am prompted a “enable location services in settings” and when I click ok, it takes me to setting but everything is on and functioning as intended.

I have turned on & off my location services through settings and Find My iPhone app. I have asked friends to stop and start sharing location again with me but the problem still persists. My iPhone has the update IOS as well as of 01/18/2022. Please assist ASAP, thanks in advance.

Make sure Share My Location is turned on under Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Share My Location.

"No location found" is what our family now has too with the new iPhone 13's. Never had a problem before. Tried everything, everything is on and was turned off then back on. Rebooted while everything was off and then turned it on and... still doesn't work. Everything is up to date on all of our phones. Went step by step many times so don't say turn on location services or share location. Find my phone works but not though IMessage for family. Frustrating!!!
