How do i know whether a newly purchased Mac book pro is actually new or a refurbished one ?
I recently purchased a Mac book Pro 13" from a third party vendor. The moment i plugged in the charger it showed that battery is not charging and service is recommended. I just want to know whether the product is new or I have been scammed with a refurbished one.

either way I would return it for one that works out of the box— contact your third party vendor.

New Macbook Pro or a refurbished one
