every time I press the b button, it shows that the command button is also pressed, it is like the b button works also as a command. I first thought it is a bug since I haven't updated the OS, but the issue is still happening even after the OS is updated. how do I fix this?

There isn't any software problem that would cause that, as far as I know. Try an external keyboard (doesn't have to be from Apple). If it works ok, the internal one is probably damaged.
