My Apple Watch does not turn in when I raise my wrist, any suggestions?

How do I have my watch turn on when I raise my wrist, it used to.

Watch will not turn on when I raise my wrist. I updated my watch this week. Every since then, it will not turn on when I raise my wrist. I have to touch it now and I would rather have it turn on when I raise my wrist. Can anything be done to correct this?

Make sure you are not in Theater mode:

Use Control Center on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
