hi i bought a cellular series 3 watch to now find out on line it is not compatible with family sharing is there anyway if i update soft ware it will work with the family sharing i wasn't told when speaking with apple i needed the newer models

The person you set up Apple Watch for must be part of your Family Sharing group and have a cellular-capable Apple Watch SE or Apple Watch Series 4 or later.
