apple tv settings not displayed
On my apple tv 4k, I cannot scroll down to access the settings. It only shows 4 of the apple icons

It has lost its internet connection. Please try:
- unplug your modem from the power for 2-3 minutes and re plug in.
- Please do the same with your router.
- Unplug the Apple TV from its power source for2-3 minute, plug it back in and then retest.
