Dear i have a problem .When updated to 14 version .My HOTSPOT will disconnect every 10 mints from my LAPTOP

You could try that. If you have in iphone 12 set the hotspot to Maximise Compatibility
You may also need to keep the hotspot page open with devices not in you Apple account such as Windows machines or machines signed into a different Apple ID.
