I have my iPhone Personal HotSpot turned off.
So how is it that my desktop and laptop computers in my home constantly are connecting to my phone hotspot. Priority over wireless.
This should never happen as it is turned off.

Make some changes macOS—
>System Settings>Network>Wifi drill down turn off various options. See Details> "Forget this Network"
