How do I add more RAM to my MacBook Pro 16" (2021)?

The memory devices are soldered directly to the mainboard for maximum reliability. There are no sockets.
The only way to obtain more RAM memory is to convert your current MacBook to Cash (by selling it) and using the Cash to obtain a computer that better meets your needs.
