Since the 2012 Retina models, MacBook Pro memory has been soldered to the mainboard for maximum reliability.

The only way to get more RAM is to convert your working computer to Cash (by selling it) and using the cash to obtain a computer that better meets your needs.

There isn't a 13-inch Mac Pro. If you mean MacBook Pro, no.
