iPhone disabled connect to iTunes where?

Sons phone has been disabled. Says to connect to iTunes? Where do I go to enable it? He typed in his PW incorrectly too many times

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
