My phone says iPhone disabled connect to itunes
My phone is disabled and it says connect to iTunes but i don't know how to do that?

You need a computer, either a Mac, or a windows PC with iTunes for windows, and the Apple ID password.
NB it will wipe the phone, no option.
If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
