My iPhone keeps BOOTLOOPING!

I recently formatted my iPhone then I wanted to restore my previous data, after restoring my phone kept bootlooping! I am trying to restore it but it keeps giving me error:3194, am currently running ios 14.2 and I don’t want ios 15. Any help?
