Apple TV Audio

There is no sound coming out of my tv when I use my apple tv device to watch tv through streaming apps. However there is sound when I scroll around the different apps or the shows within the app. It is not until I click the show to watch that there is no sound. This is for a number of streaming services. I was wondering if this has been seen before and if there is a way to fix it?

Sound on certain APPS not working on Apple TV I've deleted/reinstalled the apps with no audio (Prime, HBO, and Hulu. Once I start up the app, I hear clicks for choosing a program, but once I hit play - there is no audio). However, they work perfectly if I go through the Samsung TV apps. Unfortunately, it only happens when I access apps through Apple TV. I've changed audio settings on both Apple TV and Samsung and deleted and reinstalled the apps in question - nothing is getting the audio on. Everything is up-to-date. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Apple TV+ has no audio I have had no problem with Apple TV+ since signing up in December 2019. It’s January 5 and today there is no audio. I can scroll through Apple TV+ screens with all the clicks and sounds, but any program has no audio. No problem with audio for anything except Apple TV+. Anyone have information to get Apple TV+ to work again?

people experience it if they have set the audio in the appletvs settings to surround but does not have surround in which case they can resolve it by changing it to stereo
