I have had no problem with Apple TV+ since signing up in December 2019. It’s January 5 and today there is no audio. I can scroll through Apple TV+ screens with all the clicks and sounds, but any program has no audio. No problem with audio for anything except Apple TV+.
Anyone have information to get Apple TV+ to work again?
Try a full reboot of the Apple TV. Also, you might try completely unplugging the cables to and from the apple TV, plug them back in, and restart. Glitches appear every once in a while, and these types of fixes often work.
