Is one material, aluminum, stainless steel or titanium more durable or have a better crystal than the other?

Yes, the Stainless and Titanium Apple Watches use Sapphire Glass, whereas the Aluminum watches use what Apple calls Ion-X glass. Sapphire is infinitely harder to scratch. And it is why I ONLY buy Stainless Steel Apple Watches.
