Apple TV

We have a new TV and I am trying to set up Apple TV.

I am getting a message "No iTunes Store Account"

"before using this Apple ID on your Apple TV, you must go on a computer and create an iTunes Store Account"

But i already have an apple ID and have been buying stuff from iTunes on my phone and iPad for years

Can someone call me?
