why is it saying No iTunes store account when i had created one
Please contact Apple Support for further assistance. The staff should be able to look into your account to see what is amiss.

Your Apple ID account should have full information, including billing address, a payment method, and the account should be verified (respond with code). Then it should be ready to access the iTunes Store.
