How to organise projects

If you’re using logic and you press ‘open’ you can see all of your projects and folders. But you can’t edit them from there. For example if you want to take one project and move it into a different folder you can’t do that from clicking on open. Is there a way of doing that?

thanks

Sounds like you are saving yourLogic projects in the default place. If so you'll find all of your projects in here:

Macintosh HD → Users→<YOUR USERNAME>→Music→Logic

Navigate to that location and you can re-name, move etc your projects.

Thanks but how? In the finder I’ve tried going to applications, then logic then right clicking and ‘show package contents’ but that just shows me folders with plugins etc not the project folders. In the finder I can see individual projects if I go to ‘recents’ and search the name of the project but I can’t move the projects into a different folder or organise them from there. I’ve got an old Mac (2011) so maybe it’s not possible because of that.

Thanks again

Keith
