Pairing new watch

I bought the watch from a friend of mine. I cant pair with the watch eventhough she erased it from her watches. I don't have a serial number either.

Knowing the serial number won't help you. She should remove her personal information from the watch:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support

Or she can follow this:

  • With a web browser, go to: https://www.iCloud.com and sign in with her Apple ID. Open Find My iPhone and select All Devices (at the top). Then click her Apple Watch, select 'Erase Apple Watch', and select Next until the device is erased. Finally click "X" next to remove her Apple Watch.

Then you can:
