MBP won't recognize bluetooth headphones

MBP Retina mid 2012 10.11.6 stopped pairing with my Bose QC-15 headphones. I know it's not the headphones, because they pair fine with my phone. I removed the headphones from the Bluetooth list, restarted the computer, and now the MBP isn't finding them at all.

Bose says it doesn't support 3rd party Bluetooth devices, but this worked until a few months ago. I thought it was a problem with the headphones, but it worked with my Android phone today, so it must be the computer.

The MBP headphone jack stopped working with the headphones a couple of years ago. Can that be repaired, and is it related to this problem?

If your headphone jack stopped working, you should have taken it in for repair right away... Have you had the Apple Store or a Certified Service Provider take a look at it?
