Mail incoming and outgoing servers

Am I supposed to see both IMAP and SMTP servers in my iCloud mail settings? I’m only seeing SMTP or outgoing server but no IMAP. I’ve been talking to a lot of support teams from companies to get into accounts and they all seem kind of weird to be these big companies so I guess I’m just worried and trying to make sure lol.
