This prompt in Mail app you have, suggest that either the account settings are wrong and you need to correct them, or there is an issue with comcast.net IMAP server and this would be an issue your email provider needs to look into it.


With the account settings you received from your email provider, follow instructions listed under section "Enter Account Settings Manually" in https://support.apple.com/en-ie/HT201320. If you still have no luck and you see the same prompt in Mail, then contact comcast for help.
