My ipad has been dead for a while and when I plugged it in to charge it will not charge or turn on. I can not use tunes to restore it. I have tried a hard reset nothing works.
Can yo please help? I am fine with a factory reset, or what ever needs to be done, I have nothing on the ipad I do not mind loosing

If you already tried (to no avail) ALL the steps provided in this support article:--> If your iPad won't charge - Apple Support, it might be a hardware problem (Battery? Charging port? Charger? Cable? Other internal components?).
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
