Highlight them in iTunes and drag them to the flash drive.
Make sure they are in a format that will be playable where you are taking them. MP3 and AAC are OK, but a protected format will not work in a non-Apple player.
When you do the drag and drop, start with one file, make sure it works, and then do small batches. The process will choke if you do too many at once.
