How to sync my Apple Watch to my new iPhone 13 pro

I lost my iPhone 10s and had to purchase a new iPhone 13 pro. My Apple Watch was synced to my old phone and it will not let me synce it to my new phone without wiping all the data off of my Apple Watch. Is there a way to sync my devices without losing all the information stored on my watch? Please help. I don’t want to erase my watch and lose the information I have on it. Thank you!!!
