Too many of my incoming calls are getting blocked by some ROBO service or by Turn on silence unknown calls.
How do I get rid of that service ???

Turn off Silence Unknown Callers in Settings/Phone.
If you installed a call blocking app on your phone, delete it. If you installed Robokiller specifically, see→Disable Robokiller

There is no default or built in robo service. If there is one on your phone you added it from the app store.
