Volume problems

Hi, I have a problem with my iphone 13 pro max and iPad Pro 3rd gen, where when I set my volume to maximum on either model, within 10 minutes the volume automatically drops itself about 10%. I’ve tried and looked at everything to work out why it’s doing this, but can’t find the solution. Please can anyone assist??

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

"Volume problems: Thanks TheLittles for your reply. Unfortunately none of the links help. Initially the problem was with my iPad and then my phone started doing it. I’m thinking it could be to do with ios15.0.2, which is what I have installed? I’ve spoken to Apple support about this but hit a brick wall."
