iPhone volume keeps randomly changing

iPhone of issue: iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16.0

I have an issue where my iPhone would randomly change it’s volume. (mostly up)

I’ve already tried changing my Attention Aware Features and removing my case to try and fix the problem but it still persists.

anybody have any suggestions?

Try a Forced Restart, it resolves many issues:
