Apple Watch Series 3 Zooming Glitch

So for some reason my Apple Watch (since i got it last year) has this weird glitch. The screen acts as if I touched it by zooming in and out without stopping. Problem is I can’t control my watch at all during this so I can’t even shut it down. It usually happens for 2-3 hours but recently it has been for around 7 hours. Could someone please help me how to either fix it or how to shot down my Apple Watch remotely.
