Apple Watch problems

I just got an Apple Watch for Christmas and it often zooms in to super close view so I have to turn it off for a while and then turn it back on in order for it to go back to normal. It happened again and I just tried to power off but when I do an alarm goes off. What should I do?

Apple Watch series 3 I just bought my watch about three days ago and it does this weird thing where it will randomly zoom in on a spot on the screen and it won’t stop. Like I can’t zoom out or move the screen. I hit the side button and it zooms out then zooms right back in. It only stops when I take it off my wrist
