Imei blocked

i recently just bought an used iPhone 12 online. But after few weeks used, now I can’t get any network reception and I check AMTA it show that my imei has been blocked by Telstra. What should I do now?

You bought a phone that was blacklisted after having been reported lost or stolen.

If you can't get your money back, take it up with the police.
