Thanks for your answer, but the thing is, I have an app that got damaged, It was working fine and now is just frozen, I deleted from my phone in order to download a new version, but every time I try there’s a symbol of a clud on the appstore and it keeps downloading the same damaged version, what can I do

Contact Apple Support. The cloud symbol in your purchases indicates that the app is not on your device and that you have previously purchased the app. When you download it again, it is downloading directly from the App Store the same as it would if you had never had it before.
