parental control

Hello,

I cannot see my child screen time, application usage - I do not see any reports on the parental iphone. I cannot apply new setting to my child iphone that is in our family.

Any thoughs?

Parental Controls I am trying to limit the hours my 13 year old daughter spends on her iphone 11 pro. I have managed to restrict access to the phone and some of its apps, such as Safari using Family Sharing from my own iphone but there are some apps that remain unrestricted, such as TikTok, which she can still use outside the time or usage limits. Is there something else i need to do to limit TikTok and other apps' usage?

Thank you, I have it configured, it was working fine, but now nothing is shown in usage, we did on/off but nothing changed ...
