Parental Controls

I am trying to limit the hours my 13 year old daughter spends on her iphone 11 pro. I have managed to restrict access to the phone and some of its apps, such as Safari using Family Sharing from my own iphone but there are some apps that remain unrestricted, such as TikTok, which she can still use outside the time or usage limits. Is there something else i need to do to limit TikTok and other apps' usage?
