I got my iPad today from trade-in program because value of my iPad from evaluation was too low. But My iPad was broken during evaluation or shipping, I guess (box and vinyl wrap was ok when I opened the box). for this kind of case, where should I contact ? I really can't find any contact point for this case from internet.
