Is there any way to get another iPad repair box?

One of our iPad is in repair status and we ordered a repair box. It seems that it arrived at our place. We checked with our household and coworkers, however, we are not able to get the box. I’m so sorry we’re not quite on track of it with everyone in the house. Is there any way to get another box to resent to the same place?
