How to set a primary email account when I have three different email accounts

I have three email accounts on an iMac running Big Sur. I want to set one of them as the primary so that all sent mail goes from that account. Now all sent mail is going from an account I do not want to use for that purpose. How can I change it to the account from which I do want sent mail to go??
